Artrageous is a one-of-a-kind art education experience, located in Dubai, that partners with local schools and art studios to provide after-school art education to primary and secondary school students, as well as occasional school-break camps.

about artrageous

about us

Our mission is to supplement and fill in the gaps of the standard K-8 school curriculum and to provide quality fine art training for kids. Our program is designed for students, who show an interest or talent in art and desire a specialized approach, more guidance in building skills, and encouragement towards a life-long artistic journey. By providing our program on location at local schools, we provide convenience for children and busy parents alike.

our mission

Our vision is that we will encourage young people towards a life-long interest in the creative arts, whether as a hobby or as a potential career path, and increase their desire to bring more balance and healthy self-expression into their lives. We aim to provide an inspiring space for children to step away from the increasingly high-pressured academic system and constant tech entertainment, allowing them to fill their lives with creativity, purpose and well-being.

our vision

Hello, there! I'm Natalie, an artist, designer and an internationally-published award-winning children's book illustrator with nearly two decades of professional art experience and I'm represented by a well-known artist agency in the UK/US.  I have lived in Dubai since 2007 and am a mom to twin girls, who love art as much as I do. I'm an American-Argentine and my husband is from a beautiful red-roofed village in Lebanon.

I was surrounded by art since I was very young, with many artists, art-educators, and creative entrepreneurs on both sides of her family.  I took every available art class during my primary and secondary years.  And even though I eventually minored in Art during university in the United States, she realized that her most influential art teachers and memorable art lessons came from my primary and secondary art teachers. I remain in contact with some of those teachers to this day.

With the increase of Tech Ed in the classroom, the shift in education of having to learn more faster, more time spent on common core subjects, and recently the introduction of AI, I began to notice that creative subjects were regularly taking a back seat and their importance was diminishing, even being neglected in the school system.  Because of this, my passion for educating budding young artists grew, starting several years ago with my own childre, private lessons, and group workshops. And in 2025, the concept for the Artrageous Art Club blossomed.   In the near future, I plan to expand my after-school art club to additional schoools in Dubai in the very near future.
